Terms of Service
1. Nature of Service
Mogged.bet (“Mogged,” “we,” “us”) is a software platform that provides automated trading bot tools (“Moggers”) for use on third-party prediction markets. Mogged is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution of any kind. We provide software tools only — not investment advice, trading recommendations, or portfolio management services.
2. No Guaranteed Returns
Automated trading bots can and do lose money. There are no guaranteed returns, no guaranteed profits, and no assurance that any Mogger strategy will be profitable. Past performance, whether simulated or actual, does not guarantee or predict future results. Any performance data shown on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future performance.
3. Risk of Loss
Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss, up to and including the total loss of your allocated capital. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. You should only allocate capital that you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial wellbeing.
4. Wallet Custody & Funds
You maintain full custody of your wallets and funds at all times. Mogged never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys or wallet funds. All trades are executed through your own wallet on third-party prediction markets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials and private keys.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to engage in prediction market trading in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Mogged and participation in prediction markets is lawful in your jurisdiction. Mogged is not available in all jurisdictions and may be restricted or prohibited in certain regions.
6. Account & Subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Service Availability & Termination
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or your access to it) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or termination, including but not limited to missed trades or unfavorable market movements during periods of unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mogged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
