Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Email address — provided during account registration, used for authentication and transactional communications.
- Wallet credentials — your private key and derived API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely. They are used exclusively to sign trade orders on Polymarket and cannot be used for withdrawals.
- Subscription status — your current plan tier and billing status, managed through Stripe.
- Mogger selections and configuration — which bots you have selected and any associated preferences.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; process payments and manage subscriptions; execute bot trading strategies on your behalf using your connected wallet; send transactional communications (account confirmations, subscription updates, security alerts); and ensure platform security and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, user data storage, and real-time database services.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe handles all payment card data directly; we never store your card information.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies for details on how they handle your data.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the Platform.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption provided by Firebase and Stripe. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies that identify individual users.
7. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@mogged.bet. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove all associated personal data from our systems within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for accounting).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
